The AZ Modified Midget Association (AMMA) has provided affordable sprint car racing for drivers from 12 years old to 60 years young since 1980.

  Locally we have over 35 cars racing at Canyon Raceway in Peoria, Arizona and United Sports Arizona (USA) Raceway in Tucson, Arizona, and other tracks with approximately 16 to 28 races each season. 
 
  Modified Midgets or Micro Sprints as others know them by, have been in existence since 1956. With more than 4,000 cars and drivers nationwide. They are commonly known as auto racing's best kept secret!
 
  Modified Midget Racing has been the stepping stone for many talented drivers such as: Billy Boat, Calvin Landis, Ricky Johnson, Jeff Gordon, Charles Davis, Jeremy Sherman, Andy Hillenburg and many others.
